  Ghana music has come a long way since it’s inception in the 1950’s where Higher life popularly known as High life was introduced.  Popular Ghanaian high life musicians include ET Mensah , Kofi Ghanaba, Daddy Lumba, Amakye Dede, among others.  Andrea Owusu popularly known as Efia Odo has been picked up by the Ghana Police Service few moments ago.  The television personality over the months has been championing the fix the country agenda which is a way to pressurize the leaders in power to make the country a better place. Speculations have gone around that Efia Odo is politically affiliated to the opposition party NDC but none of these speculations have proven to be factual.  Few moments ago, the television personality who also doubles as an actress was seen being picked up by some personnel of the Ghana Police Service together with 14 other people.  What led to the arrest is a clear case of the culture of silence approach being used by the forces in power to oppress the voices of the youth. Andrea Owusu, known in the entertainment fraternity as Efia Odo is set to feature in a new reality television show dubbed “My African Love”. The actress who also doubles as a television host announced this via her official Twitter page. The stunning and budding actress announced that, the reality TV show will feature 12 guys who will all battle it out to win her love. She tweeted, “ Watch out for my new reality series called My African Love where 12 guys compete for my love. New month new man. In another tweet she said, “Would you compete for my love? New Dating Reality Series coming soon”. I wish Efia Odo all the best in her upcoming reality television show. Sean Connery is popularly known as James Bond as he was the first man to play the role of 007. Sean’s big break came in 1962 as he played the role of a secret British spy known as James Bond. He later played the role of   James Bond  in other movies before retiring from the franchise. Ghanaian dancehall  artiste Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda, popularly known in the entertainment circle as MzVee has released visuals to her latest song titled Hallelujah. The ex Lynx Entertainment signee won many awards and currently holds the position as the first and only female Ghanaian female artiste to be nominated for the prestigious  BET Awards. MzVee after dropping from the Lynx Entertainment label underwent a period of depression which put her music career on hold for sometime. In an interview, she disclosed that she almost wanted to quit music due to the depression she underwent but  didn’t because music is part of her. George Lutherodth, popularly known as Counselor Lutherodth has commented on the saga between Selly Galley and one Instagram user called Henewaa Piese. About a month ago, Ghanaian actress Selly Galley posted a picture on her Instagram page captioned, “No makeup no filter”. This got Selly Galley emotional and she later poured out her pain through a post raining curses on the young lady.
